  • “ Honestly, so incredibly good. The Tinned Sardine Board was TO DIE FOR. Absolutely fantastic. And the cocktails?? SIGN ME UP. I got the Pear & Ginger Gin and Tonic which was amazing and I also got the Mad for Saffron cocktail which was absolutely fabulous. Their French fries are also delicious and the pickle dip?? SO GOOD. If you are on the fence about trying this place, do it! You will not regret going here. It is DELICIOUS ”

  • “ Amazing place for sure! I love everything on the menu. I’ve gone here anytime a friend needs to be cheered up. Good system and nice customer service. Easy walk and sit down outside. Very safe system, heaters and beach seating. Cute backyard and lovely ambiance with the outdoor lights. ”

  • “ American Sardine Bar is a great spot in Point Breeze. Fancy an impromptu cocktail with a friend? It's the briefest walk away, and the cocktails are inventive for those keen to imbibe. I've had numerous meals at ASB that were wonderful, and would rate my most recent visit five stars, but unfortunately I did not receive the to-go cocktail that I ordered. Instead of the lavender lemonade, I received the jalapeno mezcal--not exactly my taste! ”

  • “ This is such a cozy spot with great food and vibes! The wings, sauces and fries were so good! Tasty and reasonable portions for the prices. The cocktails were also good and paired well with the food. My friends went on a Wednesday evening and it was comfortable with the warm dim lights and a pleasant crowd (not to noisy or anything). The customer service was fantastic as we were seated quickly and didn't wait long for our food. Erin was our waitress and she was so sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable, especially with helping my friend navigate the menu with his dietary restrictions. Overall, this feels like your local cozy neighborhood bar and I'd definitely come back! The only thing I can't speak to is sardines which is their special (I don't eat seafood haha) but that's probably good too! ”

  • “ We had a really nice meal on the patio — we shared the crab toast & the amazing roast pork roll on a fabulous Liscio's seeded roll. We'd also ordered the daikon Caesar, which somehow got lost on the way. No biggie, took it home instead. Service was super-friendly. Def want to come back to try some of the more interesting cocktails on the board :-) ”

  • “ Great hipster place! We came to try the sardines. It sounds interesting but actually the sliders were super good, we ordered the second portion right away (they are very small, 3 each). We also tried the tuna sandwich. It was awesome - full tuna pieces with pickles and sauce, melted cheese (10). After couple of beers we left full and happy. We came super early, first people in, but it seemed like it’s a nice hangout spot for the evenings and listen to rock/metal music. ”

  • “ Excellent service, great beer and cocktail menu, delicious food! Can't wait to return and try their sandwiches and get the Tinned Fish Board again everything was awesome, sitting outside on their lawn chairs had fun vibes, the restaurant looks cool and quirky. Waitstaff are super friendly and nice; couldn't be happier with having visited and am looking forward to going back ”
